This is Lausses' first known piece of content on soundcloud. It's a simple beat making use of a quote from "Taxi Driver"(1976) giving it it's title "scum scum scum". It was released under Lausses first alias "Blu Man". Take a moment to listen and enjoy, it's only a short piece.
The next day, he dropped another track. Taking a sample from South Park, clearly distraught over a girl, the first of many... And for the first time including his voice, spitting some lyrics over the track.

And just like that we won't hear him rapping for a little while, Lausse is back to producing beats under another alias "Don Papa". You may think that the title offers a cool insight but, it doesn't. It translates as "Title: no, None". Now, Lausse being Don Papa his highly debated by fans but it seems to have been concluded he most likely is, so I've included Don Papa's tracks.'. This beat makes use of a quote from 1996 film Swingers. "Baby you are so money, and you don't even know it"
This song also gives us our first glimpse of Lausse's' sampling and his love for MF DOOM, as he samples "Books of War" by MF DOOM.
This is the start of a run of beats from Lausse, showing us the beginnings of his style, with chopped samples used expertly and layers upon layers of lofi sounds. The tracks art is from One Piece, a popular anime. A theme which features heavily in lLausses music and style. At this point he was quickly gaining popularity and was recognised in the lofi community. I've tried very hard to find the origins of the sample used but I cannot find it. If you know, please let me know, there are contact details at the bottom of this page.
Personally, this is one of my favourite beats by Lausse. The sample is beautiful, chopping, slowing and pitching down the song "Bless the telephone" by Labi Siffre. It perfectly conveys that mood of missing someone you love, whether they are still yours or not, I suspect Lausse may have been missing a "Lucy" at this moment in time.
Another relationship-centric track. Sampling popular song "Puppy Love", this song captures that feeling of puppy love. New, full of energy and constantly surprising you. It keeps you entertained the whole track with an array of instruments and some loved-up vocals. This tracks cover art is from Princess Mononoke, another anime.
Lausses most popular beat, chill out bruh. The beat features a slow intro, making use of some soulful vocals and soft chords, even the beat takes a deep breath! Listen out for it at 0:12. It lulls you into a relaxed state before picking up the pace in the second half. "I am guilty of being a dwarf" is taken from a scene in Game of Thrones, where Tyrion Lannister is on trial.
Lausses new year resolution was clearly to try new styles as he tries something faster, with tetsuos nightmare.
